Nomadic Belle had us falling in love with Australia all over again with their magical set up in the blue mountains! If you haven’t visited the blue mountains before, you are seriously missing out on one of the best national parks in NSW. The Blue mountains is located a couple of hours drive from Sydney and is a fantastic area for walks, hikes, swims, waterfalls and spectacular views.
Glamping
We are both very keen campers, but we wanted to turn it up a notch and ‘glamp’
Nomadic Belle are a glamping company based locally in the national park but will set up across the whole of NSW.
Nomadic Belle will pitch up their gorgeous belle tent at an area of your choice, equipped with a super-comfy double bed and mood-setting fairy lights.
Enjoy a picnic at sunrise with Picnics by Hannah to take in the surroundings and take away any cooking stresses for the evening!

What is included?
You can create your own glamping package:
- Choose your location anywhere in NSW, if you are unsure ask Nomadic Belle for their best recommendations
- Select tent sleeping 2-4, larger tent sleeps 5
Luxury package includes the tent, all bed and linen, bedside tables, rug, lanterns, fairly lights.
There are optional extras if you don’t want to take your own camping stove etc. Full list available on their website.
What should I take with me?
Depending on extras you pick, essentials for us include:
- Food for the trip – we recommend to organise a sunset picnic with Picnics by Hannah
- Take water, tea and coffee for the morning
- Bottle of Wine (to enjoy whilst star gazing!)
- Wet wipes – always handy
- Bathing suit – for activities nearby
- Suncream
- A book to enjoy once the sun goes down
- Your camera!
You can hire an esky to keep your food cold, a camp table and all cooking utensils for convenience, or take these with you.
Activities near the Blue Mountains
- Lincoln's Rock
- Take a walk around Wentworth falls for spectacular views
- Visit the famous Three Sisters in Katoomba - recommend visiting early to avoid the crowds - Visit Katoomba town and check out some of the antique stores
